Have the SF homeless been cleaned up?
The world is making less and less sense to me. I am becoming disillusioned by disparity and learned apathy. It seems like the human ego, the need to survive, which protected us from predators and famine, has festered into a consuming urge to amass and hoard in the absence of real danger. Branches of our paths are pruned long before we are spit into existence. How do you judge the life of someone who had fentanyl in their blood while still in the womb. At parties, tech executives ask me “have the SF homeless been cleaned up”. I walk to van ness and look down to see someone slowly dying on the pavement. I look up and see an ad to stop hiring humans. I used to be confused. Then I was angry. Now I am sad.
